Cynthia Richie, who tweeted and leveled allegations against former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leaders, elaborated on her allegations.
Speaking on a private TV channel, Richie said former Interior Minister Rehman Malik had sent her a driver to resolve the visa issue. After giving her a bouquet and a precious gift, he offered her an intoxicating drink and abused her.
Cynthia Richie alleged that former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani tried to hug her inappropriately while Makhdoom Shahabuddin tried to massage her shoulder.
The American woman also said that the details of what she had said about Benazir were provided to her by a senior PPP leader. On the other hand, Rehman Malik, Yousuf Raza Gilani, and Makhdoom Shahabuddin have denied the allegations.
It may be recalled that Richie, an American citizen, had recently leveled allegations against the top leadership of the PPP on social media.
In a shocking revelation, the American blogger claimed that she had been abused by former Interior Minister Rehman Malik and attacked by men at the top echelons of the PPP. According to Baghi TV, Richie made shocking revelations about being abused and physically assaulted by PPP thugs.
Earlier, Richie had made controversial and inappropriate remarks about Benazir Bhutto. The PPP has approached the court for legal action against the American woman and Cynthia has been ordered to appear in court on June 9.
