Nawazuddin Siddiqui's wife Alia Siddiqui said she was abused both physically and mentally by her husband's family.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui's wife Alia Siddiqui sent him a legal notice on May 7 stating that she wanted to end her 10-year marriage. she previously said that there is no chance of reconciliation. It is also mentioned that the reason behind the divorce is quite sensitive and the allegations also accuse Nawaz's role of his brothers. Siddiqui's wife Alia Siddiqui has revealed some of the reasons why she stepped down and made some strong allegations against the actor and his family.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui's wife Alia Siddiqui made allegations of physical and mental torture in a recent interview. Alia Siddiqui also claimed that Nawazuddin Siddiqui's family has a history of such legal issues, revealing that it is a witness to four divorces and will be the fifth.

She alleged that Nawazuddin Siddiqui could not handle the fame, adding that he had not met his children for several months. Nawazuddin Siddiqui's children are currently living with their mother while Nawazuddin Siddiqui has gone to his hometown where he is from Virajit. Alia Siddiqui revealed that at the beginning of their marriage Nawazuddin Siddiqui had told her that he would be the only earning member. She says she wants to create an identity of her own and lives with dignity.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in quarantine with his family members in his ancestral village in Uttar Pradesh, having obtained special permission to travel there amidst a coronavirus-related national lockout governing India.
