Pakistan's biggest figures have come out to speak out against child labor
and demand justice for a minor maid named Zahra who was tortured by her
employers.
Who is it that Mahira Khan, Armina Khan, Usman Khalid Butt, Shenira
Akram and many others were involved in the entertainment industry of
Pakistan. A simple housemaid named Zahra Shah was beaten to death by her employers.

Cricket legend Wasim Akram's wife Shanira Akram has also spoken out for
minors, while in Pakistan she has condemned those who employ girls under
the age of 14 for domestic help and raise the issue of child labor.

Singer Muneeb Mazari also shared a heartbreaking post on Instagram in which she wrote: “He killed Zohra when he released the birds from the cage. Maybe it was a mistake or maybe she wanted to free the birds. And she was only 8 years old. Let it sink
An eight-year-old domestic worker was beaten to death by his employees in
Rawalpindi after he accidentally released two expensive parrots, local
media reported on Wednesday.
According to reports, Zohra, a resident of Muzaffargarh, was identified
as caring for the child of a man named Hassan Siddiqui, who was involved
in buying and selling birds and property.
Police officials told The Independent that Siddiqui admitted that he and
his wife had enraged the girl who was working for him as a maid.
