The company announced on Twitter today that the Samsung Galaxy A21s will debut in India on June 17.
As a new addition to Samsung's Budget A series, the Galaxy A21 was first unveiled in the UK. The smartphone has a quad rear camera, octa-core processor, and a 5000 mAh battery.
The smartphone is offered in three color options and comes with features like face recognition and 15W fast charging support, a fingerprint sensor is also present on the rear.
The price of the upcoming Galaxy A21 is not known in the tweet posted by Samsung on Monday, however, it was launched in the UK at GBP 179 (approximately Rs 17,000).
It is also unclear whether the Galaxy A21 will go on sale in the country on the same day of launch and more will be known after the launch on June 17.
The phone's color options include black, blue, and white.
The Samsung Galaxy A21, launched in the UK, has a 6.5-inch HD + (720x1,600 pixels) Infinity O display with a 20: 9 aspect ratio.
It runs Android 10 with Windows UI. The smartphone has an unknown Octa-Core (two quad-core 2.0GHz clicks) processor, with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage. The internal storage on the phone is expandable via a microSD card (up to 512 GB).
Coming to the cameras, its quad rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel primary camera with f / 2.0 aperture and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with f / 2.2 aperture. Inside the rectangular rear camera, module are two two-megapixel cameras. For video calling and selfies,
Samsung has provided a 13-megapixel camera with f / 2.2 aperture on the front of the Galaxy A21.
Additionally, the phone packs a large 5000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. Finally, the Samsung Galaxy A21s measures 163.6x75.3x8.9mm and weighs 191 grams.
